Here is the schedule we will be following for our training:

Warm-Up – 3 laps of track automatically

Workout:

Mon 2:45pm – Hills (Boys Soccer Joins)

Wed 7:30AM – Long

Thurs 2:45pm – Sprints (Girls Soccer Joins)

Weekend – 2k for time

Cool-down – Yoga/Stretching

You must make at least two practices a week and have proof you made up the run you missed (app, note from someone the coaches know, Mr. Borland – kilometre club etc.).

Important Dates:

Sep. 18 – Lindsay Terry Fox Run (optional)

Sep. 30 – School Terry Fox Run

Oct. 4 – County Meet 3km

Oct. 8 – Fenelon Falls Turkey Trot 1, 5, or 10k (optional)

Oct. 14 – Muskoka Mud Run (optional)

Oct. 30 – Kawartha Runs 5, 10 or 21.6km

Sep 12 – Hills Albert/Bond/Adelaide/Fair

AM Sep 14 – Easy Long 2.5k

Sep 16 – Sprints on track

Sep 19 – Hills Albert/Bond/Adelaide/Fair

AM Sep 21 – Easy Long 3.0k

Sep 23 – Sprints on track

Sep 26 – Easy Run and Yoga
